Request a quote from our fleet washing page for a custom estimate for your fleet.

Question 43

Do you come to our yard, lot, or jobsite?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's the whole point of mobile fleet washing. We bring commercial-grade equipment, water, and power directly to your location, whether that's a fenced yard, distribution lot, parking garage, jobsite, or storage facility. No need to send vehicles off-site or lose them from rotation.

Question 44

Delivery vans and box trucksService vans, work trucks, and pickup fleetsCompany cars and sales fleetsSemi tractors, trailers, and tankersBuses, shuttles, and limosSpecialty equipment and heavy-duty trucks

Question 45

How often should we have our fleet washed?

Accepted Answer

Most commercial fleets do best on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Vehicles that drive heavy highway miles, are branded with logos, or operate in winter road-salt conditions usually need weekly service to preserve paint and brand image. Lower-mileage company cars and lightly used fleets can typically run on a monthly cadence.

Question 46

Can you wash our fleet after hours or on weekends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We schedule around your operation so vehicles get cleaned when they're off the road — typically evenings, overnight, or weekends. The goal is zero downtime and zero disruption to your dispatch schedule.

Question 47

Do you offer recurring service contracts and discounts for larger fleets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Recurring contracts (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) lock in your per-vehicle rate and guarantee scheduled slots. Fleets of 10+ vehicles qualify for additional volume discounts. Request a fleet quote to discuss frequency, scope, and pricing.

Question 48

Can you detail my RV at a campground, storage facility, or driveway in Simi Valley?

Accepted Answer

Yes — mobile RV detailing is what we do. We bring water, power, and all equipment to your RV's location, whether that's a private driveway, an RV park, a storage lot, or a campground in Simi Valley. We only ask for flat space around the rig and access for our service vehicle.

Question 49

How often should I have my RV detailed?

Accepted Answer

Light wash: every 1–2 months during the active seasonRoof cleaning: 1–2 times per year, more if parked under treesOxidation removal / polish: every 1–3 years depending on UV exposure and storageCeramic coating: lasts 2–5 years and dramatically reduces routine cleaning

Question 50

How long does a full RV detail take?

Accepted Answer

Most RV details take 4–10 hours depending on size, service level, and condition. A standard exterior wash on a travel trailer can finish in a half-day; oxidation removal plus ceramic coating on a 40' Class A typically runs 1–3 days. We give a time estimate before booking based on your RV's length, class, and current condition.

Question 51

What is RV oxidation removal and is it worth it?

Accepted Answer

Oxidation is the chalky, faded film that forms on RV fiberglass and gelcoat when UV breaks down the surface. Left untreated, it permanently dulls the finish and can require expensive gelcoat restoration. A one-step deep polish cuts through oxidation and restores gloss — and it's the essential prep step before any ceramic coating bonds properly. For most RVs more than 3–5 years old, it's well worth doing.

Question 52

Does ceramic coating work on RV fiberglass, gelcoat, and decals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our SiO2 ceramic coating is safe for RV fiberglass, gelcoat, painted surfaces, and most factory decals. It provides up to 99% UV protection, resists road salts and acid rain, and creates a hydrophobic surface that makes future cleaning effortless. Properly applied and maintained, it lasts 2–5 years on an RV.

Question 53

Where do you detail boats in Simi Valley — in the water, on the lift, or on the trailer?

Accepted Answer

We detail boats wherever they're easiest to access: on the trailer in your driveway, on a lift at your dock, in dry storage, or at your marina slip in the Simi Valley area. Above-waterline work is straightforward in any of these. Bottom hull / waterline work requires the boat to be out of the water on a trailer or lift.

Question 54

How often should I have my boat detailed?

Accepted Answer

Wash + spray wax: every 2–4 weeks during boating seasonInterior deep clean: 1–2 times per seasonOxidation / heavy algae removal: once per season or as neededMarine ceramic coating: lasts 2–5 years and significantly cuts down on between-cleanings

Question 55

What's the difference between light algae removal and heavy oxidation removal?

Accepted Answer

Light algae removal is included in our standard exterior wash — it handles fresh growth and waterline staining with a chemical wash and pressure rinse. Heavy oxidation removal is a polishing service that uses compound to cut through deeply faded, chalky gelcoat and stuck-on algae. If your hull looks dull or chalky and won't shine after washing, you need the polish, not just the wash.

Question 56

How long does a full boat detail take?

Accepted Answer

Most boat details run 4–8 hours depending on length and condition. A wash-and-wax on a 20' bass boat or pontoon can finish in a half-day; oxidation removal plus ceramic coating on a 30'+ cabin cruiser typically takes 1–2 days. We give a firm time estimate after seeing length, hull condition, and the service level you want.

Question 57

Does marine-grade ceramic coating actually hold up to saltwater and UV?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's what it's designed for. Marine-grade SiO2 ceramic coating provides up to 99% UV protection, strong saltwater and chemical resistance, and a hydrophobic surface that repels water, algae, and mineral deposits. With proper prep (oxidation/algae removal first) and routine pH-neutral washing, it lasts 2–5 years on a boat hull.
