Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before booking a car detail that involves filming. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the filming of your car detail and outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the customer ("You" or "Customer") and the car detailing service provider ("Provider" or "We").
Filming Consent: By booking a car detail service with filming, you grant the Provider permission to film, record, and photograph your car, including its interior, exterior, and any related processes or activities associated with the car detailing service.
Ownership and Use of Filmed Content: All rights, title, and interest in the filmed content, including but not limited to audio, visual, and photographic materials, captured during the car detail service, shall belong to the Provider. You acknowledge and agree that the Provider may use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the filmed content for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purposes, without any compensation to you.
Confidentiality and Privacy: The Provider will handle all filmed content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing privacy and data protection. However, you understand and agree that the filming process may capture personal information or belongings within the car, and the Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the disclosure of such information or belongings during or after the filming.
Release and Waiver: You hereby release and discharge the Provider, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of or in connection with the filming, use, or publication of the filmed content. This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, or any other intellectual property rights.
Safety and Responsibility: During the filming process, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety and security of your vehicle, its contents, and any personal belongings. The Provider shall not be held liable for any damage, theft, or

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the car detailing services provided by Detail On The Go and outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the customer ("You" or "Customer") and the Provider.
Car Detail Services: Detail On The Go provides professional car detailing services. By booking a car detail service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
Filming and Recording: a. When you book a car detail service with Detail On The Go, you grant us permission to record, film, and photograph your vehicle, including its interior, exterior, and any related processes or activities associated with the car detailing service. b. The recorded content may be used for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purposes by Detail On The Go, without any compensation to you.
Disclaimer of Liability: a. While Detail On The Go takes utmost care and precaution during the car detailing process, you understand and agree that we shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur to your vehicle or its contents during or after the service. b. You acknowledge that there may be inherent risks associated with the car detailing process, including but not limited to scratches, dings, or damage to delicate parts of the vehicle. You agree to release Detail On The Go, its employees, agents, and contractors from any liability for such damages or losses.
Limited Warranty: a. Detail On The Go strives to provide high-quality car detailing services. However, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee for the results of the car detail service. b. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with the car detailing service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service, and we will assess and address the matter accordingly.
Customer Responsibilities: a. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and detailed information about your vehicle during the booking process, including any special requirements or conditions. b. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and any items of sentimental value from the vehicle before the car detail service. Detail On The Go shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such items.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Detail On The Go, its employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of or in connection with the car detailing service, including any filming or recording activities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Detail On The Go operates. Any legal action or dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By booking a car detail service with Detail On The Go, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
