We operate on a commission-based model tied directly to your total revenue — the more efficient, consistent, and proactive you are, the more you earn. No ceiling, no cap.
Our technicians average $25–$35/hr after commission.

- CarsMaintenance Clean ~1 hr·Initial Detail ~4–5 hrs
- Boats~4 hours
- RVs~4 hours
